Dress Up Framelits for class

Hello there,
I have another card from last weeks class to share with you today, we used the very lovely Dress Up framelits in coral and navy after being inspired by Zoe's birthday card a few days before, I used the heart stamp from Hearts a Flutter
and one of the fabby flower trim roses with a small strip of vanilla 3mm ribbon, we spritzed the dress with shimmer spritz (shimmer paint mixed with alcohol). The paper for the dress is from the Tea for Two pack :-)
I added the main body with dimensionals but glued the thin stand sections down as they are just too tiny (for me) to be fiddling with cutting dimensionals but this way still gives plenty of depth (a winning combo in my book!)
Right, short and sweet today as I'm off to work! Thanks for stopping by today ;-)))))

Blossom Party flower

Hello there,
I have the first card from last weeks class to share with you today. I decided to play with some of my dies for this class. For this card we used the Blossom Party die to make a cute 3d flower in Vanilla
The brad is retired but just matched so well but the doyley is from the spring/summer catalogue and available now!
and a yellow seam binding ribbon bow fits around the Tea for Two DSP,
Right, I'm off to make tea for my lot ;-)
Back tomorrow with another card for you
Thanks for visiting today!

Candy Wrapper Die fun!

Hello,
I have been playing with my Candy Wrapper Die (cracker die) and so today I have a couple  of designs for you using the die, it's a particular favourite of mine because you can use just a 6"x6" square of DSP for each cut, making it really economical ;-)
There is also a video tutorial HERE so it make s it easier to fold together :-)
so, the first was a little Easter gift  and I used the cute A Little Bit of Spring stamp set again
and here they are together ;-)
and I also made this version for a gift I had for my mum when it was her birthday, I used the Floral District DSP, please, just skim over the wonky stamped sentiment though ;-)
with a little flower from the flower trim in the Spring/Summer catty to decorate.
Right, that's all for today, back tomorrow with class cards from last week
Thanks for stopping by today

A Little Bit of Spring by SU!

Hello there,
I hope you have enjoyed your Easter bank holiday weekend?! We popped out and went shopping for a chair to go in the kitchen :-)
I have a couple of versions of this card to share today using A Little Bit of Spring by SU! We made these cards at last weeks stamp-a-stack but as I know everyone doesn't send Easter cards I made a buggy version too.
Here is the Easter version first though...
 and a non-Easter design too...
we also used the Cloudy Day embossing folder for the background, I do like this colour combo too, Pool Party and Primrose Petals
and here they are both together
Well, that's it from me for today, I am really busy this week with all the things the kids have planned but I plan to be back with the cards from this weeks card class to share with you, starting tomorrow.
Thanks for looking today,

Happy 12th Birthday Zoe!

Hello,
Yesterday was our Zoe's 12th birthday so as you can expect it was a bit crazy here! Lots of fun and birthday celebrations ;-)
I wanted to get on here and quickly post the card I made for her. I used the fab new Dress Up Framelits (which I love btw!) in here favourite colours of the moment Night of Navy and Calypso Coral.
I started with a Diorama Card using pearlised card in white
Silver glimmer paper mannequin with a Lacy Brocade embossed dress, there is a tutorial for the ribbon flower HERE
And I do have a tutorial for the cute smaller stitched ribbon flower which I should get to you in the next few days, please watch this space... ;-)
a few little hearts in the top right hand corner
and a side view to finish!
And here a a picture of the birthday girl with her Mars bar cake which she decorated herself!! She said she had a lovely day despite having to go to school!
Well, I hope you liked today's card, I'll be back soon with more crafty goodness for you
Thanks as always for stopping by today

Hearts a Flutter for a man!

Hello there,
I'm back today with another class make from last weeks card class, I have just 3 places left for next Saturdays class if you are interested in joining us please Email me for directions and other info ;-)
So, back to this card, I wanted to make a card that would be suitable for a man using the quite girly Hearts a Flutter bundle and so I went with a gumball green, marina mist, black and grey colour combo and here it is....
This card has some of my favourite products on it; the Chevron embossing folder (always a winner!), That's the ticket stamp set with punch and of course the pennants from the Hearts a Flutter set.
Right, I'm off for now to post out this months stamp club goodies, kits are all done and so I will share those with you tomorrow,
If you are interested in joining my new stampers 6 club then please Email me to join or see HERE for more details on how it works :-)

Betsy Blossoms in monochrome

Hello,
I am just off to work but wanted to quickly share with you a card which was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest a couple of weeks ago ;-)
I really wanted to have a play with this set again as I really haven't used it enough!!
I added the top layer with dimensionals but the rest is perfect for posting as it's flat, unusual for me to not add ribbon or buttons either, I know ;-)
and I added a bit of decoration inside too.
Well, short and sweet from me for today but I must dash. Back soon with more crafting!

Patterned Occasions Cupcake

Hello there,
I have another card from this weeks class for you today, this time using the cute as cupcake from the Patterned Occasions stamp set ;-)
I used a colour combo which was inspired by the trusty colour coach again, it's pink pirouette and early espresso with a dash of rich razzleberry, I stamped the background with pretty in pink ink though as I find the pink pirouette on matching card a bit too pale...
a closer look at the cake (which is FREE till the 22nd march btw) with a rhinestone candle top
the DSP is also FREE, it's Sycamore Street DSP and available to you if you spend £45 or more before tomorrow ;-)
Right, I'm off to collect kiddies and another busy night with parents evening again, two lots in a week!!
Back soon with more but if you want free Sale-a-Bration goodies with your order then please message me before 6pm tomorrow,

Vintage Verses Double Dose!

Hello there,
Last week I was playing around with the very lovely Vintage Verses (free sale-a-bration set) and the also leaving us when SAB is finished, Sycamore Street DSP. Now, I had the espresso and crumb cake card panel, which was also tied with linen thread, already made up from an age ago and so I finally came up with this card to make use, no waste here folks!
I had used the ever brilliant square lattice folder on the background
and spritzed the sentiment using the  rich razzleberry marker and spritzing tool
So, I loved this card so much I decided to make it for this weeks class, changing it up slightly...
we used the Lacy Brocade embossing folder and added a touch more colour and the same paper pack but different patterns!
Well, I hope you like today's two of a kind?
I'll be back tomorrow with more cardy goodness but remember if you want free SAB goodies you only have 'till the 22nd to get your order to me ;-)
