New Painted Petals Stamps by Stampin' Up! A White on Crumb Cake look.

Hello!
I was just about to type "Good Morning" before I realised that there are only 6 minutes before it is over and I will definitely not be finished typing this post by then ;-) so, Good Afternoon! I have been so busy the last couple of days and so I had an easy morning this morning making this post a little later than usual ;-)
But, I now I do have a new card to share with you :-) I have been playing about with the lovely new Painted Petals stamp set, from the Spring/Summer catalogue, a bit this week and I'm sure it will be a popular set as it is so easy to use and gives a lovely painted look with textured images. It's also available in all three mounts (Wood, Clear and Photopolymer) which is bound to be a winner! and this is the first design I have for you.
For this look I stamped Crumb Cake card with White Craft Ink first, then dried it with my heat tool (you can simply wait but it would take a few hours to dry, or leave it over-night) then stamped again in Blackberry Bliss for the flowers and Old Olive for the leaves
And it's a nice flat card for posting because look! No ribbon!! I know, I know, It's unusual for me to have no ribbon at all but I just thought the images said enough on this card ;-)
Btw: Please ignore the small smudge in the middle, I ran out of time to re-stamp this card like I would usually but it just goes to show us demo's aren't perfect either. Just nearly perfect ;-) ha ha!! Joke!
There are three lovely sentiments with this set but I wanted a Happy Birthday so I used this from the Sale-a-Bration FREE set Big Day, and the good news is if you purchase Painted Petals in Photpolymer with the three main ink pads needed (White, Blackberry and Olive) and a pack of Crumb Cake card you can choose this FREE Big Day stamp set or any other SaB item!
All the links you need are at the end of this post :-)
I also used a White Gel Pen to highlight the inside of "Birthday" here..
To finish I added a little Crumb Cake ink to the edges of the top layer and a Blackberry Bliss card layer between the top and base.
OK, that's it from me today. It seems to have taken me forever to get this post done today but if you like the card then happy days! Please, do let me know ;-)
I'll be back tomorrow with more but for now
