Love is Kindness by Stampin' Up! with Crystal Effects Rain!

Hi there,
First of all I want to say a quick but heartfelt "Hello" to my new liker's and Google, Blog and Instagram followers! There has been a little flurry of likes this week so welcome xxx
I have had a lovely day out today with my youngest as he had an inset from school. We have been to the cinema together (and I even managed to stay awake!) with brekkie at Ikea first with a trip to Costco for tea thrown in there on the way home too :-) It's always a special treat having one-to-one time with kids.
So, onto today's card. I have used this stamp with my blendabilities to make this card before but I wanted to share it with you today to show that if colour it with Ink Pads and Blender pens it is equally stunning. Take a look!
I removed this sentiment (SEE HERE) from the original stamp so I could work with it anywhere on my card. Here I stamped it and punched out with the decorative label punch folding it over the main panel of Sale-a-Bration Irresistibly Yours DSP** to secure.
**Please Note: This lovely embossed DSP is a FREE product with every £45 spent but only 'till the 31st March. Plus, see the bonus SAB products HERE**
I used retired Wisteria Wonder ribbon on this card but you could try the W.W. Seam binding instead. I might need to get some of that too ;-)
OK, here is my coloured image. I love the softness of colouring with blender pens and ink pads. It's a pretty water-coloured look don't you think?
I used Pear Pizzazz for the leaves and a touch of Smoky Slate for the newspaper.
And see here I added tiny touches of Crystal Effects right at the end to make water droplets on the flowers and leaves.
This was another class card this week and it went down a storm with my ladies, what do you think?
OK, I'm off for tonight but please do pop back tomorrow for a new Two Minute Tuesday Video!
Thanks for looking today,
Stampin' Hugs,
