Using Stampin' Up's Thankful Life to make a New Home Card.

Hi there,
Today I have a  card I made for my dear friends to celebrate their moving home. I finally used my lovely, hostess only, stamp set "Thankful Life" teamed with FREE SaB Carried Away DSP to make this card....
I was inspired by the stamping style of the catalogue and decided to heat emboss in copper (although, I think the catty sample is gold) the third layer of flowers. Other colours used here were Mint Macaron and Flirty Flamingo.

  1. Love, love, love this card. The copper embossing looks stunning. From the photographs it looks like there is another square layer behind the stamped layer and it looks transparent, wondering if it's window sheet. I must make sure I earn this stamp set with my next order. Thanks for all the inspiration I get from you. Take care.

    1. Thanks Linda, you always say the nicest things :-)
I agree, these stamps are really lovely! I used some Lil' Inker larger stitched square dies I have to cut a square in the DSP then simply glued them both to the base (after inking the edges) to give a little more interest to the DSP layer as there wasn't really enough space to add ribbon or anything else too bulky.
So pleased you liked the card.
      Hugs xx
