CAS Wreath using Carols Of Christmas for Inspire. Create. Challenge #003

Hello there
And welcome to another Inspire. Create. Challenge!
This is Challenge #003 and the theme is "Festive" which is a lovely, broad theme and I'm certain that lots of you will have something that you are working on right now that will fit in with this challenge and we'd all love for you to enter it into the challenge for everyone to see :-)
So, my card is a CAS card using just the holly stamp and die from Carols Of Christmas...
I started by drawing in pencil around the largest circle die onto a regular vanilla card layer (cut to 10.2cm x 14.5cm) to make the wreath shape. Then, using the Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke markers, I inked the holly stamps to fill the circle. Erase the pencil line and stamp then heat emboss the sentiment (from Watercolour Christmas, there's some great sentiments and fonts in that set!!).
Ink and stamp some extra hollies before die cutting them out and adding over every other holly on the wreath for some extra dimension. To add the ribbon bow - I like to staple the ribbon about 10-15cm in from the end (leave the other end on the roll, to your right), knot and tie a bow, then trim. This way the bow will be very secure and there will be minimal waste :-)  I can do a video, if that doesn't make sense?? Let me know!
Add this front panel to a thick vanilla card base then finish with some basic pearls, coloured with a sharpie.
Well, that's all from me for today, do remember to check out the Inspire. Create. Challenge blog for lots more "Festive" inspiration from the DT :-)
Thanks for looking today.
