Using Stampin' Up's Floral Wings for a Special Birthday Card

Hello!
I hope you have had a good weekend? I have a card and tag combo for you tonight using the very lovely Floral Wings stamp set. This is a "Hostess only" set which mean you can choose it when you spend over £150 in my shop or perhaps you would like to arrange a get together with friends and possibly earn it that way. Let me know if you're in the South of the UK and I'll come round and share some ideas with you all!
OK, so I stayed with this tried and tested colour combo of Watermelon Wonder, White and Black for this card and tag set for my good friends birthday. What do you think...
 Lets start with the card.
I used dies I had in my stash with the new black glimmer paper from the A/W catty- it's not just for halloween you know! (all links will be at the end of this post)
Some retired black chevron ribbon. I love this ribbon and really miss it! Good job I have a fair bit in my stash still ;-)
This is a three step stamp set. I stamped the body first with memento ink then added the flowers and finally the leaves. The Bold Butterfly framelits are designed to cut this image.
I just glued the centre of the butterflies body so the wings popped up making this a simple card with plenty of depth.
Add in a bit of brick wall embossing, a few single flowers and some rhinestones and you're done!
I then made a quick tag to match using the Ornate Tag Topper punch.
I love these tag topper punches, they let you make matching tags quickly and easily.
And one final photo to finish!
OK, so I hope you have enjoyed this evening's post, there were a lot of pictures tonight so if you are still reading- Thank you!
Thanks for looking tonight,
Stampin' Hugs,
