Little Elephant Stamps and Builder Punch

Hello!
Today's card is one I made for our sons girlfriend for her birthday recently. She likes 'cute' so I had a play with the Little Elephant stamps and punch and I used three of the lovely, vibrant new In Colours - Lovely Lipstick, Granny Apple Green and Blueberry Bushel...
I must say, I really love how well these colours worked together!
I am enjoying making these little frames again {which I first did HERE} and had forgotten about it 'till recently! Do you do that too?
So, she liked the card and I really enjoyed playing with this stamp set! How cute is that little Ellie?!
So, that's all for today, I'll be back soon with another make :-)

Two Of A Kind Using Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist

Hello there,
I have a duo of cards for you today after a short blogging break this week ;-)
We will be making these two cards at my All Day Christmas class in a couple of weeks where we are using (mostly) the Carols of Christmas stamps and die bundle. I couldn't choose one colour over another so I decided to make the same card in both Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst!
Let's start with the Berry Burst version...
We'll be using Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for the tree on the front of each card, it's a bit tricky to get a good shot of the sparkle so here's a close up ;-)
I added Merry Music DSP as a background which covers the whole front of a black card base.
So, my second version is with Lemon-Lime Twist card....
I added vellum behind the twin tree cut out, an idea I used last Christmas HERE and loved!
I stamped the tiny cluster of stars (included in the Carols Of Christmas stamp set) on the card fronts using Versamark for subtle interest.
And both cards together to finish today! Could you choose a favourite?
Right, that's all from me for today, I'll be back on Friday with another card.
'Till then, happy stampin'!

Make a CAS card using Vintage Leaves by Stampin' Up!

Hello there!
I have a super quick, one layer card for you this evening using the Vintage Leaves stamps which I have teamed with a sentiment from You're So Lovely to make this card...
I stamped the leaves using Old Olive ink, I haven't used this colour in ages!
And then I heat embossed the circle from You're So Lovely in gold and filled it with the sentiment from the same set.
To colour the rhinestones I used a metallic bronze sharpie.
A great way to add details to a masculine card!
and a top view to finish today
Please remember Sale-a-Bration finishes on the 31st March so please get the freebies you have your eye on before then :-)
