Guy Greetings, Just Sayin' and the Moustache Framelit by Stampin' Up! for a Guys card.

Hello and happy Saturday to you!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend? We have been busy this morning and so only now do I have a chance to sit and blog with you. Then I'm going to go and spend a couple of hours in a little crafty escape designing cards for Mondays class :-) I still have one spare space if you are local and want to join us, please message me.
Speaking of class, this is one of the cards we made at a recent class. I try to have at least one man's card at each Stamp-a-Stack class. This one uses the Moustache framelit with the Guy Greetings and Just Sayin' stamp sets in a cool Silver and Slate colour way. Take a peek...
We heat embossed this sentiment from Just Sayin' using silver powder and Versamark.
We also stamped the hats from Guy Greetings using Versamark for the background.
The moustache framelit was die cut and then embossed with the chevron folder. I added some silver sequins I had left over from the A/W catty.
I do *heart* sequins ;-)
I added a little silver satin ribbon down the side tied with white bakers twine to complete this card.
Well, I hope you like today's card as much as my ladies at class did making it?
Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you get a chance to get inky today too!

Just Sayin' card for a man and new Weekly Deals

Hello there,
Today's card is a quick and easy card for the guy(s) in your life ;-)
We used Just Sayin' and it's matching framelits and teamed them with Gorgeous Grunge- which is still a firm favourite of mine! I love how it just makes a quick, easy detail in the background. I also used my new embossing folder (after stamping , of course) for the background called Arrows as well as the Decorative dots folder -on the little word bubble- which is now available to purchase in the NEW CATTY too...
I stamped this sentiment using the new Momento ink pad, it's not just for Blendies you know ;-) (Blendabilities new abbreviation, definitely not SU!'s idea that one!!! lol)
and some more twine! I may *heart* this stuff, like a lot...
and I made a slightly different version with a "hey there" sentiment (also Just Sayin' stamp set) so here they are together
OK, I'm off to stamp!
**Edit to add weekly Deals**
Cause I forgot when I was chatting about this card to tell you my faves this week! Doh me!
There's a couple of punches on offer this week (always brill!) and I adore the Gold Bakers Twine too,
please GO HERE to see all the offers :-)
Thanks for visiting today,

Stampin' Up's Just Sayin' stamp set to make an iPhone card

Hi There,
OK, so after today I'm in a bit of trouble! No, nothing terrible, well quite terrible really because the card reader in my laptop isn't working, eek! But, I do have a USB plug in reader so phew... erm, that is if I could actually find it! So, I do have projects to share with you but I can't upload them to edit the pictures- Pain! and projects to film- but I can't take off the pictures so there's enough room on my card! Double Pain! So, I have ordered a new USB card reader that should be here in a couple of days hopefully but in the mean time I will try to blog from my iPad, but I will definitely be popping a few things on my FACEBOOK PAGE so please do follow me there for updates if you like :-)
Right, so lets share the last project I have on this laptop with you now ;-) I made a card which (I think) would be great for a male {but could easily adapted to a girly version by changing the colours and adding a few rhinestones ;-)}using the Just Sayin' stamp set. I tried to make it like a convo choosing the selections based on the tag at the bottom where the sentiments come from and sort of make it flow, I think it came out OK?
We heat embossed with white and silver (all links at the bottom of post) onto Marina Mist and White card with the bubbles from the You're the Best sentiment making a great "typing now" symbol
 Silver heat embossing
and the chevron border punch down the side,
TOP TIP: I also added bubbles using versamark for a subtle background, you can use versamark for this on any coloured card (not White or Vanilla though)
Well, I hope you like today's card and I hope my card reader gets here quick smart! I really need to film my box tutorial quick so I can send the original off tomorrow! Might have to steal borrow hubbys card....
OK, I'm off now, Thanks for looking today!
