Today's card is a simple card using the fab Live, Love, Grow stamps. I stamped the same three succulents in a window box in three different greens (Old Olive, Wild Wasabi and Pear Pizzazz) for this fun effect...
Love this fine font stamp that is also included in the set!
So, I made this window box using the Hearth and Home Framelits and I made a super quick video to show you how to make your own!
Take a look...
So, was that helpful? It's super easy, right?
Well, that's all from me for today, I hope you enjoyed todays fun and simple card?
I have a super fun mini fish tank card today for you today using three different stamp sets! Can you tell which they are?
This card was about the first thing I thought of when I first saw the Live, Love Grow stamp set in the catalogue as I thought the curved plant in the set looked like a plant in a pond or fish tank, take a look...
So, the first stamp set I used was Live, love, Grow. The fish is from Jar of Love stamps and those cute mini anchors and also the hearts coming from the fish are from the Layering Love stamp set :-)
So, I thought I would share with you how I store my new Enamel Shapes.
They come in a card backed plastic pocket which, when opened, is not resealable. So I use a small wood mount case to keep mine in, see...
And one final photo for today :-)
Well, I hope you enjoyed todays card? It was a fun and easy card to make and took me back to my stamping roots ;-)
I'm super late today as right now I have about a million crafty deadlines knocking at my door! Don't worry though, I do have loads of projects to share with you here and I've even managed to quickly edit the two minute tuesday video for you that I had planned so, I'm getting there! Please, please bear with me and I will get as many posts on here as I possibly can over the coming days :-)
OK, lets see this card shall we? As soon as I saw this set in the catalogue - Live, Love, Grow - it was on my "must have" list. I love the little succulents in this set and they seem to be quite popular at the moment too...
And those sentiments! What a lovely font and so fine - love them!
OK, here is the super quick video for you showing how to get that two-tone effect on your succulents.
Isn't that a fun and easy way to jazz up your stamping?
I topped the linen thread with a gold metallics enamel shape {see them HERE} they are a super fun extra you may "need" on your next order ;-)
TIP: If you're adding these (or other enamel shapes) on top of thread (like here) I used a drop glue from the fine tip glue to attach them securely.
Right, I'm off to work this evening but thanks for looking today and I'll try my hardest to be back tomorrow,
