I Love Ewe Valentines card

Hello!

We are generally not big Valentines participants here as we have 3 birthdays in February but I was having a play around and feeling the love! I reckon I might keep this for my hubby for our anniversary tho...

Anyway, I made this tri-fold card yesterday but lets start with the pretty matching Primrose Petals Core'dinations envelope (envelope punch board, I salute you! ;-)) all wrapped up in black chevron ribbon, yummy!

 Which opens up to reveal this...

 The front was made with the Love You More set (which is still available, yay!) I inked the arrows with Raspberry Ripple and Basic Grey markers and the background images are done with stamped off Smoky Slate

 Open the front panel to reveal this one to write your personal message on :-)

 and fully open to reveal the true message

 And this cute Ewe, awwww...

 I can't claim any credit for this but if you want to make her simply Google "Sheep Punch Art" and a plethora of tutorials will pop up for you :-) However, all the punches I used are at the bottom of this post.

I inked the edges of mine with Smoky Slate and embossed her using the SAB Decorative Dots folder (which is FREE!)

Love You More in Gold!

Hi there,

I hope you enjoyed yesterdays post with the paper bags? I have had a few lovely comments on this post so thank-you :-) If you missed it see HERE.

OK, today I have another pair of note cards for you which I made using the Love You More stamp set again :-) I'm loving these Note Cards at the moment, so quick and easy, why have I only just realised this???

This first card uses the sweet bird from the set which I inked with Sahara Sand and Crisp Cantaloupe markers and added accents with this fab new Gold Washi tape (SU! have named it Watercolour Wonder ;-)) {Just FYI: This tape is not available 'till the 28th January in the new Spring/Summer catty, I can't wait to share, you'll love it! Whoop!}

But back to this card, I have finished with a touch of Cantaloupe Ruffled Ribbon to tie in the heart colour, a pretty but quick card...

 So, card two for today uses the same stamp set and Washi tape but this time I stamped the sentiment using the Gold Metallic Encore Ink Pad, then I simply coloured in the outlined words using the Crisp Cantaloupe and Coastal Cabana markers. I punched this out with a 1+3/4" circle punch before running my Cantaloupe marker round edge of the circle.

 and both together to finish...

OK, that's me for today.

Back tomorrow with more but today I'm off to craft room to first tidy (boo!), then play (yay!)

Love you More in pastel colours

Hello there,

Today's card is actually two! That is, I have a pair of notelets to share with you. These little cards are slightly smaller than standard UK cards measuring 5" x 3.5" , they are super quick and easy to make and send, no layers, clean and simple and all you need is the Love You more stamp set and a few markers :-)

I used Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding and So Saffron for this first card and added the border and xo's using the thin end of the cantaloupe marker...

 this second card uses the same stamp set but a slightly different colour combo of Crisp Cantaloupe, Coastal Cabana and Sahara Sand :-) 

and both together to finish for today

Love you More

Hello!

I am alive!! Apologies for the v-e-r-y long absence over new year, I have had so much going on at home that I just haven't had a chance to craft so far this year! I will be remedying that this week though, now the children are back at school, life should get back to "normal" what ever that is ;-) 

So, I do have a very quick and simple little card I made last week using the new Valentines set "Love you More" I inked the little globe using markers and simply stamped it onto a tiny 3"x 3" vanilla card.

 The colours I used were Coastal Cabana, Pool Party, Primrose Petals and Pistachio Pudding.
The markers are available in colour family sets or in a full set of the 38 core colours with a case, just add the In Colours, see bottom of this post for links ;-)

I also tied a bit of bakers twine round a couple of times to finish them off.

OK, short and sweet today as I've been running all day today again. 

Off to get the kids now then perhaps a bit of crafting between making tea and work tonight? Who knows?
