Candy Wrapper with Paper Bows

Hello there,
Apologies for the late hour of this post but I wanted to pop on and share a little creation with you before bedtime ;-) It will be a short and sweet post tonight though!
So, I had my last class for this year last week and wanted to make little gifts for those who made it and as usual I returned to the trusty candy wrapper die (even thought it's retired, I simply cannot part with it!) and made these...
(well, I actually made more but three stacked so well together ;-))
I used the lovely Winters Frost Paper for both the cracker and the paper bow, the bow was made using the Large Oval Punch in the shiny speciality paper from the pack, pretty!
and to finish the sentiment was stamped onto smoky slate card using Teeny Tiny wishes and punched with the Decorative Label Punch before adding to the cracker.
OK, that's all from me for now.
Back soon with more craftyness but thanks for looking today!

Clockworks

Hello there,
I had a lovely class this morning but I still have a couple of cards from last class to share with you! I will be sure to get todays pics edited this afternoon and share them with you starting tomorrow though.
I do still have a couple of spaces left for Wednesday's class so if you fancy a couple of hours "me" time message me to join us :-)
So, onto the clockworks card...
We used a colour combo of soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Not Quite Navy
Layered clock face
and plenty of spritzing with the soft suede marker
Right, short and sweet today as I have a poorly boy still :-(
Back tomorrow with more

Owl Punch Birthday Wishes

Hello there!
I hope all is well with you, I am still getting ready for Saturday's All Day class and due to popular demand I am looking running it again at the beginning of October, it will probably be on a weekday running 9-3 so as to fit in with the school run ;-) please do let me know if you would be interested in joining us? I will be posting all the projects we are making in the next couple of days.
Anyway, today I have the birthday card I made for Neil's Dad to share with you.
I wanted something a bit fun and as I haven't used the Owl punch in a while I decided to give him a whirl!
I made the tree with the large scallop circle punch and stamped it using the leaves from the ever versatile confetti stamp set, I hand cut the "trunk" from brown card
Teeny Tiny Wishes Birthday sentiment and the retiring Just Perfect Alphabet was used on the pennants
and I added a couple of pennants to finish off the inside.
Right, I'm off to cut more card! Thanks so much for stopping by today :-)
