Using Dragonfly Dreams To Say Thanks!

Hello,
I have a card today using the dragonfly Dreams stamp set. We (the Jems) recently made lots of cards send as a thank you to the emergency services after the Manchester bombing and I thought the bumble bee in this set was just perfect, have a look...

I used the tiny cluster of stars from the (very sadly retired) Love Sparkles between each bee.

And the sentiment is from the Thankful Thoughts set, nice and large to make a splash!
 A simple but sweet card and easy to make several of at once.

Hopefully they were able to convey a little of the thanks we all felt for our emergency services especially at such a tragic time but also for each and every other day too!

I hope you enjoyed seeing the full catalogue yesterday after the weeks of snippets that I have shared? Isn't it fab?? I *may* have placed a sizeable order yesterday for "essentials", You know, because I have to share all my ideas with all you lovely blog readers that is ;-)

OK, lets get onto this card today! I made a watercolour wash with my aqua painter and Blushing Bride ink then I stamped and heat embossed this fab sentiment from the new set Thankful Thoughts using the new Copper Embossing powder! Love this rose gold colour and it's so fashionable right now!

Look at the colour and the shine on that. You can't beat a bit of heat embossing!

  This Thankful Thoughts stamp set was actually a freebie from when we went to Telford for On Stage Live - another great reason to join SU! - Jus' Sayin' ;-)
