Bee Thankful in Yellow Ombre and last chance to get 10 FREE Ink Pads!

Hi!
Todays card uses the new Bee Thankful stamp. This is an individual, red rubber stamp and now the individual stamps are available in both clear and wood mount. I love that!
I started this card by stamping the image onto whisper white card then colouring the image using both daffodil delight blends and my light pumpkin blends pen to create this ombre effect...
I started to fussy cut the image as I was going to add it over a patterned background but I wasn't happy with how that looked so I just added it to a white background instead. Obviously next time I would just stamp and colour the image onto a white card layer and save all that fussy cutting ;-)
I ran the white card edge through my Navy ink pad then added it to a Melon Mambo card base for a bright pink punch!
Finished with a few clear sequins from my stash and that's it!
This stamp set is so fun and really doesn't need much else other than to colour it to make a super fun card! Don't you think?
Also, just a quick reminder that this is the last but one day to join SU! and choose a whole colour family of ink pads FREE with your starter kit

Vintage Leaves Thank You

Hello!
I have a simple yet striking card for you today using the Vintage Leaves stamp set, let's see....
I made these as thank you cards but you could easily change out the sentiment to make a fab birthday card that would be great for any gardener or even a retirement card. Love the copper embossing powder too ;-)
It's also a great card for posting as it's a single layer and quite easy to make in bulk ;-)
Short and sweet today from me as I have lots to do (again) but I hope you liked today's card?
Back tomorrow with a Christmas make and a new Shopping Code.
I will be placing a closing order for this code this evening by 6pm so if you would like to add anything to my order message me (free post if collected from me) or use the code below to order for direct delivery and you will receive a great free gift from me this month!

Using Stampin' Up's "In The City" to say Thanks For Having Us!

Hi there,
Today's card is one I made for our friends who we are visiting for a couple of days this weekend! They were kind enough to put four of us up so I wanted to make a little thank you card. I can't seem to stop with this "In The City" stamp set and isn't this sentiment just perfect??
I made a simple, single layer card this time around (more cards using this set HERE) and stamped the solid images (included in this set) instead of watercolouring them today :-)
This is a 'hostess only' stamp set so you can only pay for it using 'Hostess rewards'. If you don't fancy hosting a party why not consider joining my new Stampers 6 Club? Starting soon...
OK, that's all for today! I really enjoyed making this card and I do hope our friends like it too :-)
Thanks for looking!

You are my #1 Hero!

Hello!
Today I have a pair of cards for you although I actually made a third design but I managed to send them before I photographed them, doh! These were more cards for emergency services and I used last years Ronald McDonald charity stamp set, called "My Hero" let's take a look...
You could use the Best Badge punch to punch these out quickly, if you have one of course (I don't ;-))
These mostly blue ones were for the police.
And some ambulance green ones ;-)
Emerald Envy is a perfect colour for this.
And together to finish.
Short and sweet from me for today, I'll be back soon with some more for you, 'till then...

Using Dragonfly Dreams To Say Thanks!

Hello,
I have a card today using the dragonfly Dreams stamp set. We (the Jems) recently made lots of cards send as a thank you to the emergency services after the Manchester bombing and I thought the bumble bee in this set was just perfect, have a look...
I used the tiny cluster of stars from the (very sadly retired) Love Sparkles between each bee.
And the sentiment is from the Thankful Thoughts set, nice and large to make a splash!
A simple but sweet card and easy to make several of at once.
Hopefully they were able to convey a little of the thanks we all felt for our emergency services especially at such a tragic time but also for each and every other day too!
Thanks so much for looking today,
