New Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue is Launched Today!!!

Hello!
So, you may have noticed I have not been around much this last month since returning from our holidays. Sadly, when we returned from the US we found that my dear Nan was very unwell. We did a lot of driving to Birmingham (and back) three or four days a week until the end but we were grateful to be there to see her those last few times before she passed.
I missed you all here and I want to say a special thanks to those of you who sent me messages to check how I was and of support. I appreciate that more than you will ever know xxx
So, this last week or so I am finally getting back to my crafting properly and will be blogging again more regularly too. I didn't do a pre-order this time around so I am a little behind with catalogues and such. Thank you for bearing with me. If you have ordered from me in the last 3/4 months then I'll be sending you one in the post as soon as they arrive :-)

Pretty Card using Floral Phrases Stamps by SU!

Hello!
I have a pretty card to share with you today that I made some time ago but haven't gotten around to share with you here yet, until now, of course! I used the Floral Phrases stamp set in a Rose Red and Navy colour combo to make this card....

 I love the textured effect this floral image has, it's like it's been hand painted.

 Of course this card doesn't use the dies that are available as a bundle, which if you purchase together saves you 10% ;-)

Well, short and sweet from me today ;-) I'm off to finish decluttering the linen cupboard - who knew I was such a compulsive purchaser and then hoarder of single fitted sheets?? :-D

Using Stampin' Up! Affectionately Yours DSP with Love and Affection Stamps.

Hello there,

I have the card today using the new, upcoming Affectionately Yours DSP, as promised. I love the copper coloured foil on the paper and both of these navy patterns! If you see me fairly often you *may* have noticed that I love navy blue ;-)  

So, we received a little make and take kit at On Stage local a little while back and I decided to change mine up a little from the original design when I got home to make this card...

 This sentiment is from the Love and Affection stamp set that makes up another part of this suite.
Do you like these little copper spots? They are white perfect accents coloured with a bronze sharpie :-)
