Stampin' Up! Spiced Paisley in Pink

Hello!
I am (finally) back with the Spiced Paisley card I promised you the other day today, I think this really gives this stamp set a whole different look.....
I used Regal Rose with Daffodil Delight, a very summery combo don't you think?
Daffodil Delight Satin ribbon, which is retired unfortunately :-( But, there is a tutorial for bow tying HERE though! :-)
and this picture shows I punched the centres out with the 3/4" circle punch and added some bilng too!
Right, that's me for today, back tomorrow, I promise!
Please don't forget you will not be able to order any products from the Spring Mini after the end of the month so if there is something you need please email me asap

Stampin' Up! Spiced Paisley

Hello,
I have a cute little card today sharing the soon to be retiring Spiced Paisley stamp set, I used Shara Sand with black again, think this colour combo is a new favourite after my Mother's Day card :-)
This time I did a bit of emboss resist...
I stamped the paisley with Versamark and heat embossed with white powder before inking with a sponge dauber in matching ink, although I think there was a bit of a yellow ink residue on the dauber, oopsie ;-)
 Black Satin ribbon bow
and a dimensional shot to finish
Right, I'm off to work now, have a great Saturday night y'all!
and if you would like to order this stamp set or anything else for that matter!) then contact me for details on how I can help :-)))))

Brag Book

Hello there,
Firstly, I must warn you, this is quite a picture heavy post!
Today I have a brag book  to share with you. It is based on the one we made at convention in Germany 3 years ago! It uses just one sheet of 12"x12" card, scored at 6"  across and down. This is what you end up with :-)
I have used River Rock as the base and stamped the front with white craft ink and the Spiced Paisley stamps with Spice Cake DSP and Soft Suede wide striped grosgrain to secure it closed,
Inside I printed my pictures off in Sepia to match the colours of the paper,
here are the first two pages
and then the inside 4 pages
Josh...

Zoe...
Zack...
All 3 kids together
This is a fantastic little project for "non-scrapbookers" as it just dips your toe into the water (so to speak) without having to fill the whole of a 12x12" sheet of card.
I hope you have enjoyed today's make :-)

Laura's Brag Book

Good morning,
To share with you today I have the brag book the lovely Laura designed for the All Day class. We were going to get together and run this day but unfortunately we ended up doing the same class in different locations :-)
So this is the beautiful book Laura designed, I added a little 3d flower on the front using the new Blossom Party die and a ruffled ribbon rose (tutorial here) it does look pretty but it did make photographing this book a little more hmmm, lets say, tricky! The bag base is stamped using Spiced Paisley in craft white ink
and when you open it up there are two pockets inside
which open out, I have left mine blank for now....
As you can see I did mine in colours to match the Spice Cake DSP as this was the theme for the day, I stamped the flower from Fresh Vintage onto the pages for a little decoration ;-)
and a side view to finish
Wow! I do love this little book, please do visit Lauras blog for lots more fab ideas, I'm sure she will share her version of this cute book soon too :-)
