Handy Pocket Tissue Box Video Tutorial using Stampin' Up! Supplies

Hello there,
Sorry I'm a little later than planned today but we have another busy start to our "weekend off" lol!!
I do have a super simple video tutorial for you today, as promised.  Just a little cutting, scoring and stamping to make a cute tissue cover for your handbag.
These were originally designed to go with the road trip goodie bags I made a few weeks ago and coordinated with the Lip Balm Box and the Wet Wipes Box I shared over this last week.
Let me start by showing the version I made in the video using both new supplies that we received at On Stage in Telford and the retiring Six Sided Sampler, sadly the hexagon punch I used in the video has sold out :-( This background was stamped using a new set called Playful Backgrounds and will be available in the new catalogue after the 1st June...
These are the original holders I made in Crumb Cake and using Timeless Textures stamps and English Garden DSP, to match the the rest of the goodie bags.
More Words of Truth sentiments :-)
I used Timeless Textures and Versamark to make the backgrounds on these.
TIP: You don't "need" every colour of ink pad, use versamark on any coloured card (it doesn't show up on white or cream) to create a light, watermarked tone on tone effect
So, how about I share the video with you now!
And for those who like written instructions here you go:
Card 6cm x 29.8cm (full length of A4) or 2+3/8" x 11"
Score at: 8cm, 10.5cm, 21.5cm, 24cm or 2+1/4", 3+1/4", 7+3/4" and 8+3/4"
Belly Band: 3.5cm x 19cm or 1+3/8" x 7.5"
Score at: 5cm, 7.5cm, 13.5cm, 16cm or 2", 3", 5+1/4" and 6+1/4"
As always, please do watch the video for full instructions and tips along the way :-)
and one more picture to finish today of the sweet sentiment from Six Sided Sampler stamps
Well, that's all from me for today. I'll be back tomorrow, but probably later in the day again as I have another busy day, this time it's cricket, with the littlest child tomorrow morning ;-)
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed todays post!

Silver Promotion Card using Birthday Blooms by SU! for a Monochrome Look

Hello there,
I have a card today that I made for my lovely downline Angel for promoting to Silver with Stampin' Up! I am so proud for her for achieving this goal and this is the card I made for her in a monochrome silver colourway, of course! Have a peek...
I stamped this lovely flower from Birthday Blooms using versamark and heat embossed it in, yes, you guessed it, silver! Then coloured it in using an aqua painter and my Smoky Slate ink pad.
I love how this changed this image completely from vintage and shabby chic to classy and elegant.
I used some of the silver glitter tape from SaB down the side (but you could swap it out for glimmer paper if you don't have this) and topped it with a silver sequin strip.
Wouldn't this make a fab silver wedding card too?
Angela chose a PL album and pages for her promotion gift and I wrapped it to match
with some of every silver ribbon I had ;-)
OK, I'm going to finish today with one last picture of the card. I really hope you liked this? It's one of my faves ;-)
Just to let you know I'm closing this months hostess code on Saturday evening so if you'd like bonus gift in the post from me in May then please use the code below with your order before then :-)
Thanks for looking today.
