Llama Love Card using Birthday Fiesta stamps by Stampin' Up!

Hello there,
Today's card is a llama card in a Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay colour combo for a fun, party-style card! Take a peek...
I used the baby wipe technique (for a video tutorial please see HERE) for the rug and tucked a little strip of pompom trim under for a bit of a fun twist.
I used the same baby wipe ink pad for the sentiment which is from the hostess set Pun Intended.
Die cut streamers in matching colours
I die cut the llama too before popping him up on dimensionals.
OK, that's all from me for today, I'll be back tomorrow with more! Thanks so much for looking today :-)

Why Two Llamas Are Better Than One! Using Birthday Fiesta and the Mirror Technique! with a Video Tutorial.

Hello there
And welcome to another Jem's blog hop! Hopefully you will have hopped here from the lovely Sharon's blog and are feeling inspired by her lovely makes?
*If you get lost or a link breaks you can find all the blogs in the hop this month HERE
So, this month's theme is animals and as soon as I heard this I knew I wanted to use the adorable llama from Birthday Fiesta to make this card...
I used the baby wipe technique for the banners with Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay re-inkers. I do explain this in the video too, if you haven't tried this fun and easy technique yet :-)
Are you wondering where this second llama is in the set? Please do take a look at the video to see how I did this. It's a great technique that can be used with lots of stamps!
And here's how you you make two llamas from one!
I added the banners with glue along the top edge and dimensionals under the flags for some extra pop!
And one final photo to finish here today!
So, now you are off to the lovely Sarah's blog for more animal ideas!
Or if you want to you can hop back to the lovely Sharon's blog...

Thanks for looking here today :-)

A Birthday Fiesta Llama Card using Stampin' Up! Products.

Hello!
Today I am going to be mostly ignoring the horrible rain (it is June you now, weather) and instead pretending it's a sunny Fiesta day with this cool llama card using the SU! Birthday Fiesta suite.
I stamped the llama onto sahara sand card in tip top taupe ink before die cutting him out. I then stamped his rug, the bunting* and the sentiment using the baby wipe technique (see how to HERE where I used it for the pineapple from Pop Of Paradise). I used Real Red, Wild Wasabi and Daffodil Delight for this card.
TIP*: Die cut the bunting in this set before trying to stamp it.
I stamped a few cacti in the background and popped the llama and bunting on dimensionals as they were both die cut out with the matching framelits (save 10% when bought as a bundle too)
Hasn't he got a cute face? Awww!
Okie dokie, that's all from me today,
I'm off to work this evening but I'll be back tomorrow with a new card!
Thanks for looking today,
