Using Stampin' Up's Sprinkles Of Life for a Class Card, Part Two: Same Kit- New Cards

Hello,
And welcome to today's post making more cards using the kit I designed for classes. I did this earlier in the week with Barnyard Babies and you can find these posts HERE and HERE.
Today's extra cards use the Sprinkles of Life stamp set again and you can find the original card I designed HERE
So lets take a look at the first of the new cards I made. I decided to exchange the rain drops for apples in a rainbow design...
Adding a silver sequin and white thick twine trim to the corner. You may have noticed I'm loving doing this right now ;-)
Again I added crystal effects to the apples but this time I mounted them onto a deco framelit die cut shape. The sentiment is from the Sprinkles of Life set also.
And here's one last card I made using this kit - tis time to make a birthday ice-cream...
The cloud/ice-cream/cupcake topper and the cone were stamped onto watercolor paper and heat embossed with white powder before colouring.
For a change I added the ice-cream in a window instead of mounting it on the front of the card.
I also added some stamped sprinkles to decorate behind the ice-cream.
And finally for today here are all three of the cards together :-)
Well, I hope you have enjoyed seeing three designs with one kit again? I am really enjoying this idea ;-)
Thanks so much for stopping by today, I'll be back tomorrow with a card using the already popular new stamp set "No Bones About It" but 'till then

Using Sprinkles of Life by Stampin' Up! for a CAS Class Card.

Hello,
I hope you got a chance to see yesterday's late, late posting? I finally got home from work last night and my new video sharing a C6 Card File Folder had uploaded to YouTube then I was fiddling around and adding a few oops apologies to the video so take a look if you get a chance and let me know what you think ;-)
So, today I'm sharing with you a card I designed for class using Sprinkles of Life and a rainbow of rain drops. I have two other cards using the same colours/kit to share with you tomorrow (like I shared earlier in the week with the Barnyard Babies stamps. I'm calling it Same kit - New cards).
But first of all here is my original CAS design...
I used a Soft Sky card base and matching layer to the front of the card adding punched raindrops from the Tree Builder matching punch, all under a watercolored cloud.
The sentiment is from the set too, it has loads of great sentiments ;-)
I coated the raindrops in Crystal Effects and you can also see the silver heat embossing on this cloud too.
And a top view to finish today.
So don't forget to come back tomorrow for more similar cards using this kit.
Thanks for stopping by today :-)

Sparkly Emboss Resist using Sprinkles Of Life by Stampin' Up!

Hi there,
I've had a fab time at class the last couple of days sharing lots of new products and ideas with my ladies. We are always looking for new people to join us in our fun and friendly group. For info, dates and times please GO HERE.
OK, today's card uses a emboss resist technique with the "Sprinkles of Life" stamp set giving it quite  a different look don't you think?
Stamping each element using versamark and then embossing it using Iridescent Ice embossing powder before moving onto the next part of the image.
I then added washes over each image using ink pads and a waterbrush.
Love these wooden elements and the gold twine.
TIP: I popped a couple of glue dots to the back of the word and added the thread to these then added tombow glue to the rest of the word before adding it to the card.
 Side view ;-)
and a top view to finish today.
I hope you have enjoyed this very different (to yesterday's) version of using the Sprinkles of Life stamp set today?
I'll be back tomorrow with something new, 'till then
