No Bones About It Mini Pop Up Card in a Box! with Stampin' Up's Tiny Treat Boxes.

Hellooo!
I am super late posting today as I had a fun card class this morning and a few bit to do this afternoon. So, I am here now before I go to work this evening with another mini pop up card in a box. You may notice that I am (still) loving these and I'm sure this won't be the last you see of them. If you want to watch the video with directions, tips and measurements for how to make your own version of these cards  then please visit THIS POST.
OK, so here is todays version using No Bones About It....
For this version I used pretty coloured Washi Tape to decorate the outside of the box,
with more washi tape on the top of the lid (instead of stamping) which I continued all the way around the inside ;-)
So, I wanted to use this card to make a dinosaur card in girly-er colours rather than the usual more masculine browns and/or blues usually seen. Because girls like dinosaurs too!! ...and sparkly sequins ;-)
OK, I'm going to admit a boo boo here. I thought I had picked up the Rose Red ink pad to stamp these bones over the pink pirouette solid but I actually had grabbed Real Red. I (surprisingly) like this combo even though it wasn't something I would have planned, what do you think? Be honest..... ;-)
I used a lot of different coloured ink pads for this card but you could easily make it in a much simpler colour combo.
and I added a secret message in the bottom of the box too
So, I hope you liked today's card? and I'll be back tomorrow with a new Two Minute Tuesday Video for you so don't forget to stop by :-)
Thanks for looking today.

More No Bones About It by Stampin' Up! to make a CAS card :-)

Hello,
After a fantastic response to Yesterday's card - Thank you! - using this same stamp set I have yet another card to share with you. This time I wanted to share with you that although I adore making more complicated cards like the X-ray card and shaker card and they are wonderful it is also fab for quick, clean and simple (CAS) cards too, see....
This dino is made by stamping the solid image in Pool Party ink with the bones in Island Indigo, all stamped straight onto the new Thick White Card- I LOVE this and you need to order some STAT ;-)
I added a bit of bakers twine around the top edge too
 a side view...
...and a top view of this clean and simple card to finish tonight!
I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I did making it?
Ok, so that's me done for now I have a class in the morning but hope to be here with your video before the day's over ;-)
Thanks, as ever, for stopping by today,

Sunday Sharing! X-ray Dinosaur with No Bones About It by Stampin' Up! FREE Tutorial!

Hi There,
Yesterday I realised I needed just one more like over on my Facebook Page to make it to the fab 400 mark! I achieved that and so, as I promised, I posted a Facebook first card over there :-) I also post most of my Instagram feed to my Facebook page so if it's quiet here on my blog you can usually find out what's going on with me by looking in either of these places ;-)
OK, so this is the card I shared over there today but for my lovely blog followers I have made a little tutorial on making the X-ray part of this card easily! You're welcome ;-)
So, let's see the card first shall we?
I stamped the solid dino in Crumb Cake and added the little eye and mouth as seen on the "bones only" matching stamp.
I wrapped linen thread around the bottom of the card and then unravelled it and bunched it together for this look.
The X-ray part was positioned over the solid dino as if he was walking behind the screen. You could stamp the solid dino in any colour to suit your theme though - I like the thought of a girly version... watch out for that soon!
And a top view to finish the photos today, but please don't go yet!
Scroll down just a bit to see how to achieve this X-ray Effect easily :-)
Please feel free to PIN this picture to find this tutorial it again easily!!
TIP: Hover over this (or any other) picture on here and the "Pin It! logo should be in the top left hand corner.
And here is today's tutorial for this X-ray look:
And a little gratuitous collage of the card to finish today!! ;-)
Well, I hope you liked this card and tutorial for today?
And remember if you have a go at making it please remember to share it with me and link back here too :-)
Thanks for stopping by today,
