Gold Vellum with Sale-a-Bration Lotus Blossom FREE stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Hello!
I have been busy again today this time it was with bookwork and Tax returns :-( But, I'm happy to say I've finished for this year now! Yay!! :-D
I have a pretty card to share with you today following (very closely) the Sale-a-Bration catalogue for inspiration as I just loved this set teamed with the Gold Vellum, have a look...

Now, we made this card at class this week but we only used one ink pad! It does look lovely with two toning colours but if you have just one in your chosen colour then panic not! You can still get great results like this! So, please let me share my method for just using one ink pad with this three step stamping Lotus Blossom image.
I followed the order on the stamp sheet:
1) Ink up and stamp the smallest, inner petals first as you usually would (stamp #1).
2) Then take the large, details stamp (#2), ink it up then stamp it off onto scrap or grid paper then stamp over the first image.
3) Finally, take the solid image (#3) and ink it up, stamp it off again and then stamp over the top as suggested.
As I'm typing this I'm thinking a little video might help??
Please, let me know if you would like to see this :-)
I stamped the stalk in Old Olive. Ink the solid stamp and stamp it off before stamping on the white then ink and stamp the mottled image over the top as usual.
I started with a white card base (10.5cm x 14.8cm) then trimmed the Gold Vellum to 10cm x 14.3 and trimmed white card to 8cm x 12.5cm, stamp as directed onto the smaller white card adding a sentiment in Sahara Sand then adhere to the gold velum. Once you have done this add glue to the vellum, just behind the solid white, to adhere to the card base. Tah dah! No glue showing through :-)
I finished with some new Stacked with Love Washi Tape and Gold Bakers Twine for decoration.
OK, so if you want to make this card at home and of course get your hands on this stamp set for FREE then luckily if you purchase all the items needed to re-create this card it covers your £45 spend!
All links needed are at the end of this post :-)
