Subtle Balloons using Balloon Celebration by Stampin' Up!

Hi there, 

 I have a cute card today using the new Balloon Celebration stamps and matching punch (15% cheaper when purchased together) from the Spring/Summer catalogue to make a pretty, subtle coloured card, have a peek...

The clouds in the background were stamped twice before re-inking to get a stronger, then paler image to rest the balloons upon.

The sentiment is from the same set and was punched using the washi label punch and I added a blushing bride ribbon bow to the joining point of the strings

I adhered the bottom of most of the balloons with tombow and the top with dimensionals, and I added some flat to create different textures.

All bedazzled using the clear Wink of Stella glitter pen, I just love this pen!
