A Fun and Easy Card with Pink Pineapples using Pop Of Paradise by Stampin' Up!

Good morning and a very happy Saturday to you,

Today I have another card from class last week where we used the Pop Of Paradise stamps and the super gorgeous pineapple from the set to make this card...

 I started by heat embossing the first pineapple in gold - super shiny!

Then used the same technique as I did in THIS VIDEO to make the Melon Mambo and Wild Wasabi pineapples either side. Aren't they cute in pink and green?

Sentiment is from Party With Cake, the punches are both retired but you could use the new Classic Label instead :-)

I used the 1/16" handheld punch to make two notches for the twine to rest in, a great way to stop the twine slipping down the card.

Well, that's all from me for today, we are off to see FiL today but I'm off tonight so I may even get a little craft time in! Who knows? ;-)

Another Pop Of Paradise Card with Two Colour Pineapples - Without Markers!

Good Morning! 

Today I have a second card using that gorgeous mini pineapple from Pop Of Paradise. I'm sure you have noticed a lot of tropical themed products around in the shops of late? It seems to be a really big thing this year - although I have had my lovely golden pineapple you can see here for a couple of years now ;-) I've always loved pineapples so I'm thrilled they are popular again!

For this card I used the same two colour stamping without markers technique that I used HERE (video included) to make this fun card in a Wild Wasabi and So Saffron colourway...

 Love this sentiment from Party With Cake.
Wouldn't this make the perfect BBQ invite?!

 A little fussy cutting ;-)

 And I used some dimensionals too!

Does this mean that summer is finally here?
Well, at least you can feel summery with this stamp set, whatever the weather :-D

CAS Kraft and Black Butterfly Card using Stampin' Up's Butterfly Thinlits

Hello, 

And welcome to the last ever day of this catalogue and remember that 11pm BST tonight is the very last chance for you to order retiring goodies from my SHOP. However, that of course means tomorrow is NEW catalogue day! So do save some of your spends for that as it is truly Fab-u-lous! 

So, I have a super cute and very CAS card today to share with you...

I used butterflies from both packs of framelits packs to make this filigree effect.

Adding tombow in the center only gives the butterflies lift.
 The cute sentiment is from the Party with Cake stamp set.

Finished by using my clear Wink of stella pen to give the black butterfly some sparkle :-)

I designed this card to be made at the very lovely Jenny's Hen Party. You can see here the ladies also made a Perpetual Birthday Calendar each too, it was such a fun day!
