SU! Retiring Stamps: Garden Party, Think Happy and Four Frames

Hello,
OK, I'm going to pick a few cards using stamps that I'm going to miss from the retirement list to share with you today. Things seem to be selling r-e-a-l-l-y fast (as yesterday's post showed!) so just a gentle reminder that if you want something a lot, please place your order soon ;-)
So, first pick from me for today will be Garden Party, here are a few examples...
This card uses both Garden Party and another stamp set that is leaving us that I'll miss a lot which is Think Happy...
and more Think Happy clouds, this card also uses Celebrate Today and has been a really popular pick on Pinterest ;-)
This also uses the hostess only set "Lifes Adventure" which is available for FREE, while stocks last, on any orders over £150!
and finally for today Four Frames, I like this set for labelling things; like this Limoncello and Sloe Gin I made ;-)
So, that's today's favourites for you, what are you sad to see go?
Please pop over to my shop for some last minute bargains and remember to use the hostess code for orders under £150 and receive a little gift from me too.

A4 Milk Carton Video: A (non) Two Minute and (non) Tuesday Post ;-)

Hello there,
*Edit to say* I had this post all ready to go yesterday but unfortunately YouTube was taking an age to upload the video! So, for this week only it's a Not Two Minute and Not Tuesday video! Please, I hope you enjoy it though, whenever you see it :-) xxx
I'm here today with a new video but a much longer one than the usual Two Minute Tuesday. It's a nearly nine minute video sharing one of my very first photo tutorials I ever had on here making a milk carton from one sheet of A4 card and using very minimal supplies. Here I have used the sweet stamp set Think Happy and Pool Party card and ink, take a look...
I stamped this sentiment from the Celebrate Today set and the bow is die cut from Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper (not Iridescent Ice like I *may* have called it in the video ;-))
I edged this with a SU! marker pen to give it the pink edge, please see the video for top tips.
Also in the video I mention the Melon Mambo blendabilities for colouring the pearls, these are no longer available, sadly :-(
The pretty dazzling diamonds banner die-cut
 and a matching pair ;-)
So, shall we take a look at the video? Cool!
Well, I really hope you have enjoyed today's video tutorial and I'll be back tomorrow with a new card from class this week.
Thanks for looking today,

Using Celebrate Today by Stampin' Up! to make a Shaker Card - Two Ways

Hi there,
Today's card the second card we made at this weeks class and uses the Celebrate Today set again, this time to make a shaker card Hot Air Balloon! I teamed it with the clouds and "dream" stamp from Think Happy in a Pink Pirouette and Soft Sky colour combo. Lets see....
The paper in the background is from the SaB pack; Best Year Ever, I added some tiny star sequins I picked up in town the other day and a few of the Bermuda Bay sequins from the roll too
This cloud and sentiment is from Think Happy, I love this set and must use it some more soon! ;-)
OK, So hubby needed a card this week for a lady who is leaving but it needed to be larger so everyone could sign it. I thought this card would be perfect so I stepped it up and added the original card to a larger 14.8cm square base and decorated it up with ribbon to make this version....
I Love Chevron Ribbon for big bows!
and a side view to finish today
Well, I hope you have enjoyed this two for one post today?
I'll be back tomorrow with another!
Thanks for looking today,
