Mini 3x3" Card Bag with retiring Scallop Envelope Die

Hello,
I know this Scallop Envelope Die is (sadly) sold out but as I had already made this tutorial AGES ago and I thought I might as well share it with you now!! Just in case you own it already :-) I also used the (retired) Lace Border punch and just one A4 sheet of card to make this cute bag!
So here we go...
Take your A4 sheet of card and cut it into the card to make two 13cm x 11.5cm pieces (at the bottom) a 4.5cm x 19cm piece (in the centre for the base and sides) and (along the top) a 4cm x 30cm piece for the handle
Die cut the two envelopes and stamp all over the fronts and the inside flap of one.
Then score the 4.5cm x 19cm piece at 5.5cm and 13.5cm
then punch the long piece left over leaving the ends intact, trim the outer strip away and the ends in line with the punched strip. Glue the bag together (with either tombow or sticky strip to adhere it firmly) and add the handle to finish!
Here is a finished design. It fits 3"x3" mini cards in perfectly...
and empty you can see I left the flap up at the back for stability of the contents and I folded down and secured the front flap so you can see inside ;-)
Button Buddies cards that we made at this earlier class
and lastly this is one I made without the handle
Well, I hope that those of you who already have this fab die can get a bit more use from it in the future!
And remember please do order your favourite from the retirement list before they sell out!!

Good Morning,
I have been busy getting samples ready for my August class ready to share with you guys, as I had so many people interested in classes at the Steam and Craft Fair I am adding to my dates, I will now be running this class on Saturday 20th, Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday24th and Thursday 25th August, I will be keeping the numbers at strictly 6 per class on a first come, first served basis. Please EMAIL me now to reserve your space on the day you would like :-)
So, do you want to see the projects we will be creating??
I have not used the One Sheet in the "traditional" way but I decided to use the pretty paper with punches and dies, making a pretty Milk Carton too :-)
Well, I really hope you can join us this month.
I am also working on dates and designs for my Christmas Stamp-a Stack starting in September, go HERE to see some dates and more information on classes too :-)
Thanks for joining me today and I look forward to hearing from you soon,
