Tabs For Everything and Large Numbers Framelits for a Teen

Hey! Look at all this blogging. Two days in a row! Get me ;-) Lol!
Today I have a cute ahem, cool card for a new teenager. I've used the Tabs for Everything for the background and as all teens/kids want to see they've hit the next big number so '13' has pride of place...

A little tale about numbers from my home... Once upon a time, when he was much younger, I spent many an hour making Josh a birthday card (our biggest boy.) Unfortunately I neglected to add his special, new number (no space or it didn't fit in my design or something.) So, of course, it was the first thing he said when he opened said card. Lesson learned, lol!

So having told you that, I must also tell you that these number dies are retiring (eek) and I think they are an essential for any significant birthday/anniversary and not just for those pesky kids, ha ha ha...

 Add to a background made with Tabs for Everything in Lemon-Lime Twist and Navy - a classic combo! And you're good to go!

So, do your friends and family love a number too?

Epic Celebrations Guitar in Tranquil Tide

Hi there and happy Sunday to you!
Today I have a fun card I made right at the beginning of the month using the FREE SaB stamps "Epic Celebrations" in Tranquil Tide. I love TT more and more as the months go on, it's a really great bluey-tealy-green colour <3 nbsp="" p="">Anyway, I digress slightly, let's see this card, shall we?

I stamped the background using the guitar in smoky slate

Then the main image with Memento ink, on thick white card, before using my aqua painter and ink pads to colour the image.

Add in a little champagne foil paper tag under the mat and that's it!

Epic Celebration Headphones

Hello there,
I have another Epic Celebration card today, this time using the super cool headphones that are in the set! I stamped the headphones using Memento ink onto Thick White Card and watercoloured them using my aqua-painter and smoky slate ink pad....

This 'Awesome' sentiment is also included in the set..

I added some Glitter and Clear Epoxy Shapes to add a little something extra, apologies as they are quite hard to see in a photograph.

I stayed with a simple layout, leaving just a 2.5mm border either side of the main panel, on a navy card base.

Red Guitar Epic Celebration Card - A FREE SaB Stamp Set

Hello there!
I have been making a lot of fun cards recently and I've also managed to photograph them to share with you on here!! Go me ;-) 
OK, so lets start today with the FREE Sale-a-Bration stamp set called "Epic Celebration" (See Page 12) which is just the perfect set for those ever tricky teenagers.
 I used the guitar for this card but there are lots of other fab images in this set, which you can choose for FREE with orders over £45 in my SHOP. This set is going to be one of those keeper sets for me,  for sure!

 I love how the little Gold Glitter flakes lift this card from cool to blinging great ;-)

 

I also added plenty of Wink of Stella to the guitars after water colouring them using my Real Red ink pad and both an aqua painter and then blender pens for the finer details.
 And this fab sentiment is also included in the set!
