Watercolour Words by Stampin' Up!

Hi there,
Today's card is a fun way of using DSP. If you have some sheets that you don't know what to do with or perhaps a lot of retired papers even then I love this way of using them for easy cards. I used Watercolour Words but any bold image stamp set would work for this, take a look....
Also they are great for posting as they are so flat ;-)
The flowers and the stars are in the set too so you can easily make cards for both men and women with a simple change of colours and image :-)
Super quick post today as I'm trying to get lots of posts ready for you for the next little while #gettingahead
Thanks for looking today!

Easy Watercolouring with Stamps using Stampin' Up! stamps and with a Video Tutorial too!

Hello there,
I have a fun card with a video tutorial too for you today.
Now, I am not good at painting or drawing but that's OK because I have stamps!
One of the easiest ways to colour is using your stamps, so take a look at this card...
The sentiment is from the Watercolour Words stamp set and the Olive branch is from Tuscan Vineyard stamps.
I actually made this Crumb Cake version first.
You can use this technique on either crumb cake or thick whisper white card...
Crumb cake gives a more "vintage" feel though, I think.
OK, so here's a quick video for you to show how I made these cards with very few supplies...
And both together to finish today.
I hope you have a go at this fun technique and if you do don't forget to share your makes with me :-)

Wedding Day WIshes using Swirly Scribbles and Sunshine Wishes Dies By SU!

Hello there,
One of my card class ladies recently got married and I also got some new lovely dies that would work for a wedding card around the same time! How lucky was that?!?!?! Obviously I would have made her a card anyway ;-) but it was just the perfect excuse to break out a few new products ;-)
I used a colour combo of Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sky to make this card...
I was inspired by THIS CARD that I made for a wedding previously. I simply used the lovely, swirly die cut hearts from Sunshine Wishes, instead of stamping them.
The sentiment inside is from Better Together
I did stamp on the gift bag though using Watercolour Words
and added a little Flamingo coloured ribbon to the handle
Here's one final photo of the card. You can see here I only glued the ends of the 'Love' sentiment for a little dimension
Well, that's it for today! I hope you liked this wedding card?
I'll be back tomorrow with more,
Bye for now,

Number of Years and Watercolour Words by Stampin' Up! Make #One but Take #Two!

Hi!
Remember I told you yesterday that I designed  yesterdays CARD second as I wasn't sure about the first one? Well, today I have the original card I designed using the Number of Years flower stamps with Watercolour Words that I didn't like! Luckily I left this one and came back to it and decided it wasn't too shabby after all, what do you think??....
I used the same colour combo of Dapper Denim, Rose Red and Pear Pizzazz
Sentiment is from Watercolour Words, a great set I have used a lot but it is especially good for large sentiments.
Love these flowers from Number of Years and they are quite easy to miss as a pretty feature, seeing as the focus is more on the numbers in this set :-)
 More sequins...
I started by stamping the leaves then I went in and added the flowers all around, I didn't worry too much about where they were "supposed" to go :-)
OK, that's all from me for today, I'm back with a quick and easy video tutorial tomorrow as I had a moment of brilliance (kinda) and just have to share it with you,
