Magical Day Mermaid on a Narrow Notecard

Happy Sunday!
I hope this post finds you well? Last week was super crafty for me but I have hardly managed to get in my craft room this week, which has been tough after thinking I was not very busy this week! My days seem to have been pretty full of jobs *-*
So, today we are finishing off the tiling in the kitchen but I wanted to hop on here and share a card with you first :-) This is another class card and it's a super cute Narrow Notecard. I love the size of these little notecards, they make such cute cards for sending sweet little messages...
I used the mermaid for this one atop another of those tags from the Sweet Cake framelits which, incidentally, are now offered as a choice for Sale-a-Bration if you spend £90* :-D
*NOTE: Please ensure you use the correct code for the new SaB product choices from the regular catalogues. Feel free to message me of you have any questions :-)
I added the sweet seahorse as a subtle pattern down one side and also some of the pink tinsel ribbon to the tag for that essential sparkle!
and here's those extra SaB choices for you again...
Well, that's all from me today, I hope you enjoyed this new narrow notecard. Have you got any of them yet? I'd love to see your makes with them (or any SU! product) over on my Facebook group I created especially for sharing your creations!
Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you get a chance to be crafty today!

Party Pandas for Stampin' Blends Class

Hi there!
Today I have another card we made at my first Stampin' Blends class this week. I used the Party Pandas and they are really quick and easy to colour and so just perfect for practicing with the blends....
As you probably know Party Pandas are a Sale-a-Bration freebie and I have teamed them here with some of the Tutti Frutti cards, which are also a SaB product.
I cut them down and used them as a backing layer, a great way to make these free notecards go even further ;-)
I heat embossed the sentiment with white embssing powder and coloured this one with the dark Pool Party Blends pen, but this technique works well with any of the blends.
I wanted to keep this card quite flat for easy posting so I also ran my blend pen around the edge of the white layer to make it pop without adding another layer.
And that's all from me for today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card?
Thanks for looking today :-)

A Trio of Party Pandas. A Sale-a-Bration Stamp Set by Stampin' Up!

Hello there,
Today I have a card you may have seen a sneak peek of, either on Instagram or Facebook before I made it into a card? If you like social media you can follow me on a few platforms (more links at the end of the post) for lots of sneak peeks and to see what I'm doing most days :-)
So, I was having a play with the Party Pandas when I realised they would make a great party together by masking three (or try even more) of these little guys together...
I started by stamping the centre panda (on this card) first before stamping him again on a post-it-note. Then I trimmed him out and laid the post-it- note image over the first image before stamping again, either side.
After you remove the post-it-note you could add it to one of the side pandas to make the conga line longer or pop it in the stamp case for when you want to do this again ;-)
TIP 1: Remember when masking to stamp the image you want at the front of your scene and work backwards.
TIP 2: If any of the areas don't stamp perfectly (as I've found often happens when masking) then just colour in the missing areas using a blender pen, dipped in the ink pad you used to stamp.
TIP 3: I like to leave the tiny white line between the pandas as they are all the same colour (see arms and legs) to show the distinction between the separate pandas. Although that's not actually how they would look IRL, I think it works well for these same colour images.
I coloured these pandas very simply with my blends before layering over small silver sequin trim on some Picture Perfect DSP.
I do hope you have enjoyed today's card? I have another busy day ahead with both house stuff and crafty stuff too :-) I hope you enjoy your Wednesday!
Thanks so much for looking today, I'll be back soon with more.

Epic Celebration Headphones

Hello there,
I have another Epic Celebration card today, this time using the super cool headphones that are in the set! I stamped the headphones using Memento ink onto Thick White Card and watercoloured them using my aqua-painter and smoky slate ink pad....
This 'Awesome' sentiment is also included in the set..
I added some Glitter and Clear Epoxy Shapes to add a little something extra, apologies as they are quite hard to see in a photograph.
I stayed with a simple layout, leaving just a 2.5mm border either side of the main panel, on a navy card base.
Well, that's today's card for you, do you love this set as much as I do yet? Let me know in the comments!
Right, I have to finish setting up my new printer :-/ Fun. Not. Lol!
Have a crafty day :-)
