PopStand Card Video Tutorial

Hello!
I'm super excited to share this video tutorial with you today! I have called it a PopStand card 'cause it pops up and it stands by itself too. You can see my first version HERE using the "Lift Me Up" bundle.
For this video tutorial (please scroll down) I decided to use "Nailed It" to make a more masculine card....
...but I think you could use sooooo many different stamps with this card design. You'll hear me mention these stamps/dies in the video including Birthday Fiesta, Umbrella Weather and No Bones About It, to name just a few!
OK, back to this card ;-) I used the Serene Scenery DSP pad as I like the parquet flooring effect but it would look great made using the matching Urban Underground DSP pack too.
I like adding the tools on acetate (window sheets) so they have a little wobble to them. Check out my Insta feed for a boomerang ;-)
And of course, it's easy to post!
#tips...
So, here's the video for you!
Please do watch the video for instructions on construction and tips but here are the measurements for you as promised

Nailed It Bundle by Stampin' Up!

Hello,
I have another card using Nailed It today, I do think this is a fab set and I have once again combined it with the Serene Scenery DSP pad, this time I used the screwdriver to make this card....
I found it really easy to watercolour when I heat embossed it (in silver) onto thick white card. I die cut the square with the Stitched Shapes Framelits which are once again back in stock! Yay!!!
Sentiment is from the Birthday Banners stamp set.
Save 10% when purchasing this stamp set with the matching dies :-)
Plus choose from heaps of FREE products for every £45 spent during Sale-a-bration!!
Well, that's today post for you, I do hope you liked todays card?
Have a great day and I hope you get a chance to craft!

Nailed It! Five Pencil Gift Box

Hello!
I'm here with the non-christmas version of yesterdays Five Pencil gift box. I actually made two new versions but I'll just share the Nailed It! one with you today and I'll save the other for another day ;-)
So fun to make and easy too, check out my video HERE
So, I used the Urban Underground DSP for the box, some copper foil sheets for the smaller elements and a sentiment from the So In Love stamp set to make this....
Love copper foil sheets for these little screw and nut die cuts.
I used some corrugated Kraft card I had in my stash for the spanner (which is now sadly retired) you could simply use regular Kraft card instead.
This is a great sized box and I thought I would have a go and see what else might fit in there.
As you can see here chocolate fits in perfectly, these are regular sized bars, and it's always a winner!
So, I do hope you have a go at making this box (Video HERE) and I'll be back tomorrow with another card.

Nailed It! Stamps by Stampin' Up!

Hello there,
So, today is a Jems blog hop day! And the theme is Spring/Summer and Sale-aBration so, as there's such a lot of exciting products to choose from I'm sure there will be plenty of fun things to see on this hop! All links are at the end of this post :-)
So, I decided to share with you a fun little card using one of my favourite sets (so far) from the Spring/Summer catalogue- Nailed It! I've teamed it with the Serene Scenery DSP and I think these stamps work so well with some of the realistic images in this stack... Take a peek...
I used the stitched edge dies to cut out the sentiment panel and the large oval, love these dies!
I stamped and heat embossed the hammer in silver and watercoloured it using an aqua painter and ink pads.
TIP: If I'm not using watercolour paper I like to use thick white card or shimmer card for easy watercolouring.
There is also a set of matching dies for this stamp set :-)
So, that's my card for today and I do hope you like it?!
It's now time to hop over to see what my friend and upline, the very talented Julie has made or you can hop back to see the lovely Sharon's wonderful creations! Enjoy!!
