Birthday Boy

Hello there,
I have another class of ladies coming this morning, it should be fun! If you would like to join us for the next class, which is a Valentines Class, then please message me to reserve a spot :-) I will get the projects photographed tomorrow in the daylight and have them ready to share with you in the next day or so :-)
Anyway, back to today's card. Zack needed a birthday card and I decided to use All in the Family stamp set, I haven't used this one in a while (again)!
teamed with Big Top Birthday Designer Series Paper. Sentiment is from the hostess set Happiest Birthday Wishes, they are all such great sets, the hostess ones, in this catalogue, and the best part with the new hostess system is you can have your choice of any of the sets with just £150 order/workshop, message me to set a date for yours!
Star punch (retired) decorates inside
and an arty angle to finish for you today
OK, that's all for now, I will be back tomorrow with more craftyness for you.
Thanks for stopping by,

Michaels Birthday Card

Hiya,
Josh is off out tonight to his friends 14th birthday tonight, he is having a disco 'till 10pm! eeek, I am scared... they are growing up way too fast!!!!!!!!!!
So, I made a boys card using mostly retiring products by chance really.
Base of the card is Brocade Blue with the middle panel layered in Close to Cocoa (sold out) I stamped the background with Seeing Spots which is also retiring and now has a fantastic 50% off so it is now just £6.98! how good is that? and it is a great set for men's cards,
Here it is held closed (with my new magnetic stand, cool huh?)
The star is from Fun and Fast notes which I stamped a few times and coloured using blender pens
This gorgeous ribbon is going too, boooo, I love it, all the colours are still available but the Rose Red (pinky) and Bashful Blue ones in the same style are both reduced in price to boot, the star brads which again are great for boys/men's cards are also 50% off while stocks last.

I added a little strip of presents which are from the Family Accessories which is another retiring product,

and finally here it is unfolded,
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you like today's card and if you need anything from the retirement list then please get in touch asap as the list is strictly only available 'till the end of September or until stocks last.

Annabelle's 5!

I do hope it is better weather wherever you are today than it is here ! it is blowing an absolute gale here, but not raining at the moment, I think that's the first time today! Zack is off to Annabelle's birthday party in about 15 minutes so I thought I would quickly pop on and share the card I have just made for her with you all :0)
Here is the front, as you can see I have made a Z fold card using All in the family and the matching accessories set too, I paper pieced the dress, presents and the gifts using the DSP from the Love Stories simply scrappin' kit,
Here is the whole card spread out, the background is made using Pale Plum ink on Pretty in Pink card and the fantastic Circle Circus stamp set (sooo glad I have finally got this set, be prepared for lots of this one!)
Number 5 is from Schoolbook Serif Numbers punched out using the Tag punches, ***FREE*** with qualifying orders in November and December check out this post for more details,
not sure if you can tell but I put a touch of crystal effects on the presents and balloon and for a change I have made the tags suitable for holding down the 'Z' part of the card, I don't very often do this as I usually forget! but I do like the effect,
Right must dash -don't want to be late,

Morning all,
Well it's a really lovely day here but I do have a card to share with you before we go into the garden and get on with some much needed to be done jobs!
I used a Kraft base and lovely Rose Red DSP for this card,
Images are from All in the Family Accessories set stamped in Rose Red and Pale Plum, I added a bit of colour from the ink pad with a blender pen and some Dazzling Diamonds glitter with the NEW 2 way glue pen (available on Friday from the NEW catty!)
Circles are in matching card, Sentiment on front is from Sincere Salutations,
I even decorated the inside :0)
Here is the side view, not sure if you can tell but I only used dimensionals for the middle circle so it would stand out the most.

Ambers card

Hello again,
I hope the weather is holding out for you in the U.K.
I have the card I made for my sister for her birthday which is actually on 6th August but as we are away then she will have had it already, before we went. I made it the same shape as the cupcake one from my class. I find when I make one card I remember how much I like them and tend to make 2 or 3 the same.

Regal Rose card base, Sweet always papers, flower from the All in the Family Accessories, Sentiment from Occasional Greetings set,

I added spots of Glossy Accents to the umbrella and to the edges of her boots

Here is the fancy side view,

Thanks for looking and see you all soon,

Sam does Friday Sketchers

O.K. Now, I know I promised you a mans card today but I have been on a crafty roll this week (long may it last) and so I must post some of the challenges I have entered before it's too late! Anyway it is a card for a man, just a young man (12 to be precise), I made this one using this weeks Friday Sketchers challenge.

I used tempting turquoise card as the background and stamped the rugby and footballs from the "All in the Family Accessories" all over in versamark. Then made the boy from the fab "All in the Family" set, {haven't seen yours used yet Ruby!!;0)} and coloured him with pro markers.

Here I stamped some extra balls, cut them out and layered them, then added Glossy Accents to the top one of both piles. Name stamped with "Short Order Alpha" Greeting is from "Sincere Salutations"

So called "Arty Farty" angle ;0)

Hope you all have a good day, great to see the sun back, I will be back tomorrow with another card, hope to see you then,

Hugs Sarah-Jane xx

One more sleep 'till Zoe's birthday !

Morning,

I will have to make this a really quick post I'm afraid, as it is Zoe's birthday tomorrow and I have loads to do (as usual!) Just thought I would share a couple of piccies of the little gifts I have packaged up ready for her little friends who are coming to her party on Sunday !

I was in paperchase on Saturday and spotted these pens and boys toys for sale and thought it would make a nice change from the normal party bags, I just prettied them up with die cut circles and Labels nesties then stamped with the Yummy set (from SAB) "A Little Something For You" onto Rose Red card for the girls and dark green for the boys. In Versa mark I added the little flower to the girls and footballs and Rugby balls to the boys , all from the All in the Family Accessories stamp set. Ribbon from stash, attatched with the Fastenater staples.
Well can't get Mr Blogger to do anything else so that will have to be it for today anyway :( !!!!
Have a great weekend,
Hugs Sarah-Jane xx
