Tri-Fold Snowman Poop Tic Tac Holder. FREE Tutorial!

Hello!
This time last week I was in Birmingham at Stampin' Up's OnStage event, swapping and learning and generally having a ball! Sadly, this week it's back to work ;-)
But, I have finally got around to editing the photos of the swaps I made and I also have a little photo tutorial on how to make them too! Let's see....
Inside a sentiment and Snowman Poop, of course ;-)
You *may* recognise this adorable Snowmen from Seasonal Chums and the background was stamped using Smitten Mittens.
Stamp, cut, score , fold and stick ;-)
TIP: If you are making multiples of these change that order to: Stamp, score, cut, fold and stick!
TIP: It's not very often I suggest punch the card first, then stamp. But for this it maximised the amount of labels you can get from a sheet of card and photopolymer stamps make this super easy to stamp.
Secure closed with twine.
TIP: I tied a knot before tying the bow as it was much easier to hold it secure this way!
I made about 36 of these holders but somehow managed to stamp and colour more snowmen that I needed! And after spending several hours colouring I wasn't going to waste those bad boys, so I added them to some Treat Tubes I still had!
And here they are all together!
If we swapped in Birmingham, I'd like to say a big, huge thank you! I had lots of really lovely swaps in return and I love them all! *mwah*
And now for my oops moment. Apparently this snowman was stuck to the holder a little crooked and of course that's the one I choose to photograph! Doh! f you got this in a swap, I apologise, I honestly didn't notice and obviously I didn't spot it when I took the pictures either! Lol!!
Well, that's it for me for today, I really do hope you have enjoyed today's tutorial? Let me know in the comments...

CAS Card using Merry Little Labels with Winter Wonder Embossing Folder.

Hello there,
I have a very CAS card for you today but one that, I think, packs a punch! I've teamed the Merry Little Labels (which is not just for labels!) with the Winter Wonder embossing folder to make this card....
I heat embossed the label stamp in silver and added it to the smoky slate embossed card front.
TIP: When dry embossing a whole card front it can make it a little too 'soft' to stand well, so I like to emboss a second piece of card that is just 2mm smaller than the actual card (here it is 10.3cm x 14.6cm) and adhere it flat to the card base using tombow glue.
I used the matching punch to cut out the stamped image and added a second punched card piece in pool party, slightly off set behind.
Loving these new mini sequins too! Gotta have some bling at Christmas. OK, any time of the year actually ;-)
Well, that's all from me for today. I do hope you liked this card :-)
Thanks for stopping by today,

Using Inspire. Create Challenge Sketch #002 with the Seasonal Tags dies

Hello there,
I have my third, but I'm sure not final card using the great sketch from Inspire. Create. Challenges second challenge (#002)! You can see my other makes using this sketch HERE.
So, this card is the one that most loosely follows the sketch but it was certainly inspired by it ;-) Let's see...
Here is the sketch... And there are still a few days to join in the fun! This challenge ends Tuesday 17th October 2017
I made this watercoloured wash background using the following colours:
Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Peekaboo Peach, Pumpkin Pie and Tangerine Tango.
I dampened the watercolour paper before adding the wash then sprinkled it with sea salt while it was still wet and only left it for about 30-40 seconds to achieve this effect...
OK, so had you noticed these super stylish, mini leaf dies in the Seasonal Chums set? No? Me neither - 'till last week that is! I think they are just adorable! After die cutting I added them back in with mini dimensionals and then topped the leaf vein with a thin coat using the fine tip glue pen.
Finished with a knot of ribbons and some sequins!
I really loved making this card and I do hope you liked it too?
Thanks for looking today and don't forget you still have a couple more days to try out this sketch challenge ;-)

Christmas Circle Sweater Card

Hi there,
I have another "Christmas Sweater" card for you today and for a change I stamped the image onto crumb cake card before colouring it in and then combined it with some of the Christmas All Around DSP to make this card....
If I made this card again I think I would colour the image with white craft ink then coloured ink to make it pop a tad more. Overall I'm happy with how it looks though ;-)
And that vanilla and gold ribbon is so soft for tying bows!
So, I have my second all day christmas class today so there'll be lots of crafting going on here, are you making anything today?
Thanks for stopping by, back soon with another make!
