A little more Christmas ;-)

Hello,
We,, I do know you are probably a bit sick of the whole Christmas projects by now, but I still have a few things to share, and seeing as I have made a couple of cards yesterday but by the time I finished it was just too dark to photograph them, Christmas it is! ;-) Lol!
OK I bought this wooden sign in the sale after last Christmas, maybe even the one before?? With the intention of altering it, I saw this saying on a sign on Pintrest and thought I would have a go, SU! stylie..
Yummy NEW Red glimmer paper is on page 13 the new mini, I had this before today's catalogue went live as I can pre-order being a demo, message me to find out how you can join me :-)
alphabet is Timeless Type Sizzlits and I covered it with crystal effects to make it all pritty :-)
Well, that's it for today, I will be back tomorrow with more crafty goodness to share with you.
Don't forget to message me to place an order from either the new mini or the current Idea Book and Catalogue :-)
Thanks for stopping by today,

3d Swap

Hello!
I promised you a convention share today and that's exactly what I have for you!
**Advance warning, picture heavy, grab a cuppa before you start!**
I joined in a 3d swap with some other very talented demos, but today I will share what I made for this swap,
I used Flirtatious fabric die cut using the smaller of the two tags die
"C" is from Broadsheet Alphabet with backed bitty buttons to decorate too,
"R" is inked with a marker using ta stamp from the hostess exclusive Happiest Birthday Wishes set, punched and covered with crystal effects in a (new, clean) bottle cap
"E" is from Just Perfect Alpha and punched with the Heart to Heart punch and decorated with the itty bitty shapes punch pack
"A" is die cut using Timeless Type Alphabet and again coated with crystal effects,
"T" is the trunk from Trendy Trees with the 5 petal flower punch topper, finished with a flower brad,
and "E" is again Broadsheet Alpha with a mini clip to decorate it
and here it is all fanned out, spelling out "CREATE" a lovely way of showing off lots of SU! products, but wouldn't it make a darling mini scrapbook with small pictures of your kids or even pets??
Well, the those possibilities are truly endless, if you have a go, please send me a picture of your version! I would love to see ;-)
Well, that's today's post for you, I have another class today but I will be back Friday with some more craftiness for you,

Zack is 7!

Hello there!
It was my youngest son's birthday last Monday, and well, I have been chasing my tail ever since!
So, I have his card to share with you today, I used the retired Celebrations papers to make it but teamed it with the new stamp set Pennant Parade and the Petite Pennants Punch,
I left the pennants hanging from the ribbon, not stuck down, iykwim ;-)
The 7 is form the Timeless Type Alphabet dies and covered them with crystal effects
and some stamping inside to finish
and finally I made some mini cracker favours using the Candy Wrapper (SU! exclusive) die and Celebrations papers again as I had loads of it left ;-),
I absolutely *LOVE* this die, sooo many uses! Birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, Easter....
Well, that's it for today, I am meeting the lovely Laura later today for lunch and to finalise some very exciting plans, more details to follow shortly :-D
Back tomorrow with more cards for you,
Stampin' Hugs for today though,

Come and Join the Blog Hop!

Hello!
and welcome today, you may have joined me on the way around the ILWS blog hop, if so you will have come from the lovely Pat's blog if you have no idea what I am talking about then let me explain! A whole bunch of SU! demos have joined together to "jump" from one blog onto the next showcasing products from the fab NEW Catalogue!
There will be a link further down this post to the next blog and at the very bottom of this post all the participating blogs in case anyone has publishing problems.
So onto my project, I decided to make a really SPOOKY Halloween Banner using the fantastic NEW Perfect Pennants die. I love it already!!
Yes, I know we could all sit and cut out little triangles but I am not kidding you, I made this in less than an hour (if you don't count the time I spent uhhming and ahhhing about where to put which image ;-))
OK lots of pictures coming up, I took a photo of each section going along, you should be able to click on each picture to see it closer...
Alphabet is the Timeless Type Junior Sizzlit Alphabet
I used retired Rich Razz satin ribbon but you could use Black ribbon or the 1/4" grosgrain in Razzleberry
I embossed all the large pennants with the Perfect Polka Dos Embossing folder
I used the fab new stamp set Jack of all Trades using the "Rock and Roll" technique
The hat and faces are in the stamp set too, the ghost is the very versatile Owl punch again!
And a close up of some of the scrummy NEW Halloween papers,
As you might have guessed I am a massive fan of Halloween, I love everything about it so you can rest assured I will be doing A LOT more Halloween projects over the next few weeks, be sure to pop by!
If you would like to place an order then please drop me a line and I will be happy to help :-)
Thanks for visiting today, the next stop on this hop is to go to the wonderful Claires blog

A note of Thanks

Good Morning to you!
A much earlier post for you today ;-)
I have a little card for you today I sent to a lovely lady I met at the Steam and Craft Fair.
I used the Sizzix SU! exclusive Timeless Type Junior Alphabet dies to make 'Thanks' in Rose Red,
Crumb Cake layer was embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper folder and  I added some matching Seam Binding ribbon, a simple but, I think, effective little card
I have lots on again today :-s but I will be back tomorrow with the Simply Stampin' Challenge card for you, there is still time to enter this weeks challenge which is "Photo Love"
Thanks for visiting today

A Brilliant Day!

Hello there!
Well, what a fantastic charity card class it was on Saturday! First of all I would like to say a MASSIVE thank-you to all the ladies who attended, I am so grateful for their continued support.
Everyone who came seemed to really enjoy the day, helped along by simple but effective cards all cut and ready (despite the crisis about 20 minutes before the class started, in fact DH was stood on the table with just a towel around him when the lovely Eunice arrived, I had to delay her coming in for the sake of his blushes!!) and not forgetting the cupcakes. So, here was the table on Friday night all ready to go..
I will be offering this class as a PDF in the next week or so, just got to type up measurements for you ;-)
I made a small thank-you for the ladies, a couple of metres of scrummy SU! ribbon, complete with a personalised tag made using the Timeless Type Sizzix Alphabet and both Tag Punches,
and we had 5 fab raffle prizes too, another thanks to Cate for her generous donation too x
and the most important bit... cup cakes, now I was a little nervous as I decided to try a new recipe for these, probably not that sensible the day before and important class! but they tasted yummy! I will be making more for sure, not that it will help with the diet ;-)
I topped them with edible glitter and cake picks to match these cards all using the Strength and Hope stamp set
and a couple of "action shots" ;-)

Well, if you like the look of this then why not join us for my next class? I am running this months calss on the 16th, 18th and 19th July and it's the Owl Punch class this month, more details under Card Classes along the top banner or click HERE.We would love you to join us:-)
Thanks to you for stopping by today, I am off out again today for more birthday fun ;-)

Katie is 10!

Hello today,
I am off into town with DH in a bit but I wanted to pop on and share a card I made for Zoe's friend who's birthday it was on Tuesday, we went around yesterday afternoon to celebrate with her and this is the card I made :-)
The colour combo is Melon Mambo, Pacific Point and Daffodil Delight, I love this combo, so bright and summery (unlike the weather here!)
I used the new Timeless Type Junior Alphabet Sizzix Alphabet Dies to spell out the Katie's name which was adhered on top of the bunting which I stamped onto Pacific Point DSP
Curly Cute sentiment again with Itty Bitty Buttons on each of the ends ;-)
and Itty Bitty Punches used inside with a little piece of Melon Mambo DSP behind to finish
Well, that's me for today, I'm off out :-D
Thanks for dropping by today,
