Dress Up Framelits and Measuring Stick Wheel Stamp by Stampin' Up!

Hello,
If you follow me on Facebook you might recognise today's card as I shared a sneak peek there a couple of weeks ago, it was a really quick and simple card to make but it turns out now that it also uses a lot of retiring products! So, I'll share each as we go but if you want to order them please do so quickly as these retiring goodies sell fast!
To see the retiring lists pop over to THIS POST and take a look, please note that the French and German sets are on the stamp list too so be extra careful to get the correct number :-)
So, I started with the Measuring Stick wheel which I have un-mounted (see TUTORIAL HERE), stamped it off once onto my grid paper before stamping it down the side of the white card layer in (retiring) Raspberry Ripple ink.
Then I die cut the dress from the Fresh Prints paper stack and the mannequin from Crumb Cake card before adding it with dimensionals to the card front
and finally the sentiment is from Geometrical, I love this font!
OK, that's me done for today but thanks as ever for popping over.
I am having a (forced) break from crafting for a few days after breaking my ring finger, under my nail, by shutting it in car door this week! But, fortunately for you guys I do have plenty of photos that need editing to keep me busy, including my finished Craft Room photos, so I'll still be sharing on here.
Thanks for stopping by today :-)

Petit Petals by Stampin' Up! in Crumb Cake

Hello there,
I had a day off from blogging yesterday as we took the two smallest kids to the cinema. I went with Zoe to see Blended- very funny! and Hubs took Zack to see X-Men. We had a fab time! Our cinema times were an hour different so Zoe and I even managed to sneak a little shopping into the mix too ;-)
So, today I have been spending some more time with the kids but I wanted to pop on and share a card we made a few weeks ago now at the Petit Petals class. We stamped on Crumb Cake for this look
The leaves are from the Secret Garden stamp set and we just glued the centre of the flowers after curling them with a bone folder
and the sentiment is Label love which we layered with the Bracket Label Punch
So, that's today's card, I hope you like?

Hardwood with Summer Silhouettes by Stampin' Up!

Hello there,
I have a class this morning making mens cards which I will share with you soon but today I have this rustic style card made with the hardwood background stamp along with Summer Silhouettes this is a fab set and really easy to get great results because the stems and flowers are all separate (2-step stamping) making it easy to get this multi coloured effect, want to see? OK....
I always seem to be using Linen thread with both of these stamps sets, I think it's because they remind me of being in the garden then the thread is like garden twine :-)
See the Silver Dazzling Details dotted around? Pretty huh?
This sentiment is from a retired set but I think you could use this card for lots of different occasions just change it up!
OK, that's me done for today.
